REPORT: The Indianapolis colts made their ultimate decision to trade quarterback Anthony Richardson after the preseason finale.

In a surprising turn of events, the Indianapolis Colts announced their decision to trade rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson just one week after the team’s preseason finale.
