Bryan King believes Everton will have to drop their asking price for Jarrad Branthwaite. According to the former Everton scout, the Toffees will not receive anywhere near £80 million for the centre-back.

And King, speaking exclusively to Goodison News, believes the 22-year-old isn’t worth that type of money. “I think his value probably decreased after that performance against Chelsea,” he remarked.
“I anticipate Everton to drop their asking price for Branthwaite. He is a skilled player who has time on his side. However, he performed poorly defensively during the match against Chelsea.He didn’t look like an £80 million player. I believe that is £50 million too much.
