Jaylen Brown is once again listed for the Celtics game against the Nuggets.
For the second consecutive game, Jaylen Brown is listed as injured before the Celtics play the Nuggets at 10 p.m. on Thursday in Denver. Brown’s status is now labeled as uncertain due to a sacroiliac strain, while Neemias Queta is still sidelined due to hyperextension of his right knee.
Due to a left knee contusion, Brown was doubtful going into the Cavaliers game on Tuesday. Thus, the All-Star’s ailment is distinct this time. Brown was not limited by the contusion, thus he played 37 minutes against Cleveland.
Kristaps Porzingis is off the injury report, which is good news for the C’s. Due to a left quad injury, he was unable to play in Sunday’s victory over Golden State. Before playing 32 minutes against the Cavaliers, he was also dubious. The fact that the big man is no longer on the list indicates that everything should go well for him moving forward.
After blowing a 22-point lead in the fourth quarter to Cleveland the previous time out, the Celtics are hoping to recover. The C’s started a five-game road trip after the loss ended an 11-game losing skid. The reigning champions, the Nuggets, who defeated the Celtics in Boston back in January, will play next.
