Wembanyama’s other first-round choice, Anthony Davis, added 28 points and 13 rebounds to James’ thirty, and D’Angelo Russell added 22 to help the Lakers overcome the deficit following a tumultuous first quarter in which Wembanyama led the Spurs to victory.
