BREAKING NEWS: This Is The Cause Of The Rangers’ Reversal, Says Former Ger
Lee McCulloch has maintained that Philip clement‘s efforts since taking over as the team’s manager are the reason for the shift in Rangers’ confidence from the beginning of the season to the present.
After winning 3-0 against St. Johnstone on Sunday, Rangers jumped to the top of the Scottish Premiership rankings by two points.
The Rangers squad that Clement was given the task of rebuilding at Ibrox is very different from the one that Michale Beale left behind when he left in October.
McCulloch emphasized that the Belgian appeared ready for the role from the start at Rangers, having always exuded the confidence and experience of a seasoned manager.
He made the observation that, in contrast to how they seemed at the beginning of the season, the Rangers players are now positively bouncing around and appear to be having fun with the game.
The former captain of the Rangers emphasized that Clement’s management is solely to blame for the confidence gap.
Speaking on BBC Radio Scotland, McCulloch stated: “Philippe Clement’s arrival made a significant difference and swing.”
“He is a discipliner, has experience, has won leagues before, and deserves a great deal of credit. He also exudes an aura.
The players, in my opinion, struggled to play in a full Ibrox at the beginning of the season because they lacked confidence.
They are now leaping out of the tunnel, having a great time, and the manager is ultimately responsible for their want and need for the ball.
“And for that reason, I think he deserves a great deal of credit.”
Prior to the split, Rangers will now try to solidify their lead in the league standings.
