The 13-time Premier League winners are assembling a strong backroom team, with highly-regarded Jason Wilcox from Southampton expected to join Omar Berrada, the CEO of the City Football Group, at Old Trafford.
Ratcliffe and his INEOS colleagues, led by Sir Dave Brailsford, are expected to take over football-related decisions in the red half of Manchester following years of criticism directed towards the Glazer family. For many years to come, Manchester United will probably have access to greater resources than the majority of Premier League teams due to their abundance of cash from many sources. They’ll also have corresponding vision.
