Theo Hernandez, a Bayern Munich target, reassures Milan.
German media claim that Theo Hernandez may accept a deal from Bayern Munich and that the player may be open to the move, although he wants to “play many more” games at Milan.
They need a big name to fill that vacuum since they are planning for the future and know that Alphonso Davies is going to Real Madrid.
Sky Sports Deutschland has officially verified the rumours from French sources that Bayern executives were considering Theo Hernandez.
The France international is without a doubt their top pick for the summer, but it’s entirely different whether Milan or the player are amenable to it.
At Milan, the 26-year-old left-back has blossomed into one of the greatest in the world after joining from Real Madrid in 2019 for €22.8 million.
He has a deal that expires in June 2026. In 34 competitive appearances this season, he has four goals and nine assists, some of which came while filling in as a center defender due to injuries.
Bayern Munich believes the asking price, including add-ons, would be between €60 and €70 million, according to Sky Sports Deutschland, while reports from Italy suggest a sum closer to €80–90 million.
In the meantime, Theo Hernandez was presented with a unique medal today in honor of his 200 Milan jersey appearances.
“Thank you to all of you. I’m thrilled to have played 200 games for this fantastic club. Forza Milan, and I want to play many more games.
