In the midst of rumors that the Steelers would be adding a new signal caller, the team is more immediately concentrating on wide receiver, another vital offensive position.

Robinson, 30, appears to be well past his prime after consecutive below-average seasons with the Chicago Bears, Los Angeles Rams, and Steelers.
Despite his stellar years in Jacksonville and Chicago and his solid background, it is clear that the Steelers are not receiving the kind of play from a player who was supposed to count for about $12 million against the salary limit in 2024.
This move makes a lot of sense for Pittsburgh, who have George Pickens and Diontae Johnson as their top receiving tandem in addition to rising speedster Calvin Austin III, especially considering that he was unable to log even 300 receiving yards.
