The Chicago Bears might be the team that makes the most sense for the 28-year-old out of all the suitors in the league.
The Bears own the fifth-most cap space in the NFL, per Spotrac. They have more than enough money right now—$57.5 million—to add Wilkins and other players. Williams is expected to sign a $40.9 million, four-year contract, according to Spotrac. PFF’s Dalton Wasserman projected the free agent landscape for all 32 teams, with the Bears landing the highly anticipated former Dolphins star.

Wilkins and Bears Have Been Associated Previously
