LeBron James, the star of the Los Angeles Lakers, is questionable for Wednesday’s game versus the Kings at Crypto.com Arena due to his health.

With one and a half games separating them in the Western Conference playoff race, the Kings and Lakers are attempting to avoid having to play a play-in game. One game behind the Phoenix Suns for the No. 6 seed, the Kings (34-26) are ranked seventh in the Western Conference. Sixteen games behind the Suns in ninth place are the Lakers (34-29).

James’ left ankle peroneal tendinopathy is the reason the Lakers have him listed as questionable. Cam Reddish (ankle) and Anthony Davis (achilles) are expected. The following players have been ruled out: Christian Wood (knee), Gabe Vincent (knee), Jarred Vanderbilt (foot), and Colin Castleton (wrist).

Sasha Vezenkov, who is anticipated to miss another week or so due to a sprained right ankle, will not be playing for the Kings.
